These Terms govern the use of the heimkey.com website, Heimkey's QR/NFC products and the associated platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
Heimkey offers smart tags (stickers and engraved pieces with QR, and NFC coming soon) that link to a customizable web page: reviews, social networks, WiFi connection, welcome pages for hosts and more. You set up and manage that page's content from your dashboard.
To manage your tags you need an account. You are responsible for the information you upload and for the activity in your account. You must provide truthful information and keep access to your email secure.
You agree not to use the Service to:

The content you upload (links, texts, WiFi details, property information, etc.) is yours and you are responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to host and display it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You can edit or delete it at any time.
Physical tags (stickers, stands, plaques) are governed by the purchase conditions provided at the time of purchase. Images are illustrative and availability times may vary.
The Heimkey brand, the website, the designs and the platform are the property of Heimkey and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our authorization.
We work to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features, giving notice when reasonable.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Heimkey will not be liable for indirect damages or for loss of data arising from the use of the Service.
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Montevideo.
